Delivery
Orders are packed to order at our Newtownabbey base and sent by tracked courier.
Dispatch times
Standard boxes are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being confirmed.
Personalised boxes and baskets may take an extra working day so the message and colour theme can be prepared.
UK delivery
Tracked UK delivery is charged at £4.95. Delivery is free on orders over £40.
Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days from dispatch, depending on the courier network in your area.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Isle of Man. Gift orders can be sent directly to the recipient.
Please double-check the delivery address before confirming your order — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been collected by the courier.
Warm weather
In warm weather, chocolate items may soften in transit. Where this is a risk we will contact you and can substitute or hold the order.
